Service description
Health Book is a service that generates personalized health guides based on genetic data, blood work, and health profile information you provide. Each purchase generates one health book delivered as a downloadable PDF.
Not medical advice
Health Book is an educational resource, not a medical service. The information in your health book is based on published research and your genetic data, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, medications, or supplements.
Payment and pricing
- Each health book generation is a one-time purchase.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are displayed in US dollars and include all applicable fees.
Refund policy
- You may request a full refund if your book generation has not yet started.
- Once generation has begun, refunds are not available as computational resources have already been consumed.
- If generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, we will either regenerate your book or issue a full refund.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information you provide.
- You must not upload data that belongs to another person without their consent.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
- Your generated health book is for your personal use.
- The Health Book platform, analysis algorithms, and design are our intellectual property.
- You retain ownership of the genetic data and health information you upload.
Limitation of liability
Health Book is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes, medical decisions, or actions taken based on information in your health book. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
